Jura Tender is a Clinical Psychologist with many years experience in providing psychological, educational and behavioural intervention programs for children with Autism, Developmental Delay and Sensory Impairments. She works from a behavioural/developmental framework. Jura has trained with Dr Van Dick of The Netherlands and Professor Lovaas of the University of California in Los Angeles. Her experience in both Victoria and Western Australia includes specialised educational settings, disability services, psychiatric services for children and autistic services. Jennifer Bolland is a Behavioural Therapist who has worked in the area of Autism and Developmental Delay since 1972, both in England and Western Australia. She has experience in residential settings, schools, autistic centres and working with children in their home environment. She trained with Professor Lovaas of the University of California in Los Angeles and later co-ordinated the training of parents and volunteers and design of individual programs for the Young Autism Research project at Murdoch University. Both Jura and Jennifer are acknowledged as leaders in their field and have presented professional workshops and seminars throughout Australia. They also consult widely with clients interstate and overseas. ISADD has a network of Psychologists and Case Managers who supervise programs and have access to a wider group of therapists and volunteers who can be trained as therapists.
